Connect a Microsoft 365 (Office 365) mailbox
Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Outlook for business) mailboxes connect by signing in with Microsoft. WarmupHero uses Microsoft's APIs to send warmup emails and check where they land. It never sees your password.

Choose Microsoft 365
In WarmupHero, click Add mailbox and choose Microsoft 365.

Sign in and accept the permissions
Microsoft's sign-in page opens. Sign in to the mailbox you want to warm up and click Accept on the permissions screen.
If Microsoft says you need admin approval, your organisation only lets admins allow new apps. Ask your Microsoft 365 admin to sign in once and grant consent for the organisation, then try again.

Finish setting up
You're taken back to WarmupHero, to the new mailbox, and warmup starts. The Finish setting up checklist shows what's left.
