Connect WarmupHero to your SmartReach account
Your warmup slots come from your SmartReach plan. Link the two once with your WarmupHero key.
Connect a Google Workspace or Gmail mailbox
Sign in with Google. A Workspace admin approves WarmupHero once for the whole organisation.
Connect a Microsoft 365 (Office 365) mailbox
Sign in with Microsoft and allow WarmupHero to send and read warmup emails.
Connect Google with an app password
For Google mailboxes that can't use Sign in with Google.
Connect a GoDaddy mailbox
GoDaddy Professional Email and Workspace Email, with your email address and password.
Connect any other mailbox (SMTP / IMAP)
Zoho, Yahoo, your own mail server or any provider that offers SMTP and IMAP.
Keep warmup emails out of your inbox
A filter in Gmail or Outlook moves warmup emails aside so they stay out of your way.
